By using this website, purchasing from our online store or registering for any services offered by Soulfull Healings, you are automatically agreeing to abide by our Terms, Conditions, and Policies. We reserve the right to make any changes to our terms, conditions, website, or policies at any time without prior notice.

This website is operated by Aimee Pomeroy of Soulfull Healings. Throughout the site the terms “we”, “us”, “I”, and “our” refer to Soulfull Healings. Soulfull Healings offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, and/or booking a treatment, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.
Any new feature or tools which are added to the current site shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

TREATMENTS - Booking, Payment, Cancellation, No-Shows, Re-scheduling, Refund, & Treatment Terms
BOOKING
You can either book an appointment by emailing me at aimee@soulfullhealings.com.au or by phoning me, Aimee 0419 219 760, or by booking online at https://bit.ly/soulfullhealings-bookings . You will be able to choose your preferred treatment type and follow the prompts to book. Payment in full is processed during booking.
NOTE: You will be sent a reminder email and text message approximately 24 hours before your appointment.
You can reschedule your appointment up to 24hrs prior to your booking by clicking the ‘Manage Your Appointments’ button at the top of every page on this site or by clicking HERE, or by clicking the ‘Manage appointment’ button in your appointment confirmation email.

CANCELLATION, NO-SHOW, & RE-SCHEDULING POLICY
Please remember that your appointment time has been allocated especially for you, and all appointments require some preparation time. It is your responsibility to keep your appointments. Please be respectful and provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel/reschedule, this will allow other clients in need of care a chance to book in.
AT LEAST 24HRS NOTICE:
If an unexpected situation does come up and you need to reschedule your appointment with at least 24hrs notice, please click the ‘Manage Your Appointments’ button at the top of every page on this site or by clicking HERE, or click the ‘Manage appointment’ button at the top of your appointment confirmation email.
LESS THAN 24HRS NOTICE:
If you need to cancel or re-schedule with less than 24hrs notice, please contact me, Aimee, at 0419 219 760 or aimee@soulfullhealings.com.au
Cancellations with less than 24hrs notice can not be refunded, but can be re-booked at a later date.
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will have a credit on your account to use at another time.
Please get in contact with me here to re-book so that you don’t get charged again.
REFUNDS
A full refund will be provided if any appointment is cancelled by Soulfull Healings.
If you have paid in advance for your appointment and cancel with at least 24 hours notice, you can request a full refund in writing HERE. If you provided less than 24 hours notice you will receive a credit on your account to use at another time. Please get in contact with me here to re-book so that you don’t get charged again.
Refunds will not be provided for any service after they have been provided.
No-shows are strictly non-refundable, however, please get in contact with me here to re-book so that you don’t get charged again.
LATE ARRIVAL
My availability is very limited and for this reason, I ask that you are fully committed to showing up on time and being 100% present and authentic for our session.
Refunds are not given for late arrival, and your appointment will conclude at the original allocated time.
For distance energy healings:
Distance energy healings are held via video call on the Microsoft Teams platform. You do not need to have the Microsoft Teams app installed on your computer or device, simply click the link to join your session 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time and select the ‘Join via web’ option.
I am in the Adelaide, South Australia, Australia time zone, ACST during non-daylight savings dates, and ACDT during daylight savings dates. Your calendar should have already made the necessary time adjustments based on your time zone, however, please double-check that you have noted down the correct time for our session, as it can be confusing if you are in a different time zone to me. Refunds are not given for confusion about appointment times, however, your appointment can be re-scheduled (see re-scheduling policy above). Please get in contact with me here to re-book so that you don’t get charged again.
PAYMENT FOR SERVICES
Full payment for services must be paid in full prior to commencement of the appointment. Full payment is due at time of booking and can be made with a credit card via my Fresha appointment website HERE , credit card details are managed by https://fresha.com.
Appointment/treatment prices are in $AUD, but the equivalent value will be deducted in your own currency if you are booking from overseas.

TREATMENT DISCLAIMER & CLIENT’S CONSENT
By booking an energy healing or massage treatment or other service with Soulfull Healings you are acknowledging that you understand and agree to the following:

Energy healing and massage therapy can aid in relaxation and stress reduction. Energy healers and massage therapists do not diagnose conditions or interfere with treatment from licensed medical professionals, and it is recommended to seek psychological or medical care if necessary. Energy healing is a wonderful complementary therapy that works well alongside conventional medicine, and relaxation and stress reduction can aid the body to heal itself. Multiple energy healing treatments may be required to reach a level of relaxation that may allow the body the best chance to heal itself.
Any feedback and information offered by the practitioner is advice only and does not come with any guarantees for success or effectiveness. You take full responsibility for communicating any levels of discomfort during a session, and you indemnify Soulfull Healings and the practitioner (Aimee Pomeroy) against all adverse reaction sustained as a result of an energy healing or massage therapy treatment.

PRODUCTS - Return Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift vouchers
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at aimee@soulfullhealings.com.au
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at aimee@soulfullhealings.com.au and send your item to: 4 Trident Road, Seaford Meadows, SA, 5169, Australia.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 4 Trident Road, Seaford Meadows, SA, 5169, Australia.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Online Store Terms
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach of violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Credit card information is managed by https://fresha.com .
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or treatments, or product or treatment pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
