In a 60 minute energy healing/Reiki session one or more energies are brought in based on what is needed for your highest good and benefit. Reiki energy is brought in for physical healing, Ashati energy is brought in for emotional and mental healing, and Alsemia energy is brought in for physical and subconscious healing. At the end of the treatment I share with you what I intuitively picked up and observed during the healing.

In a crystal healing, appropriate crystals are hand-picked and placed strategically on your chakras in specialised crystal body grid formations for your individual need at the time, and activated with Reiki, Ashati, and Alsemia energies to supercharge the healing properties of the crystals – your aura and physical energetic layers will naturally and automatically attune to the vibrations of the crystals used to receive their powerful healing properties.

Submerge yourself into the releasing energy of the full moon and the manifestation energy of the new moon with a ritual treatment.

Your journey begins with a sacred hot cacao drink, writing down what you wish to release (full moon) or what you wish to manifest (new moon), whilst having a hot foot soak and scrub with homemade natural essential oil salt scrub that you get to take home with you.

Next, you will mindfully light your personal intention candle and move onto the heated massage bed.

You will be encouraged to relax and release what is no longer serving you, while your body is gently dry body brushed, to stimulate your circulation and lymphatic drainage to release toxins from your body.

Next, your body will be nourished with massage and essential oils from head to toe to release tension and unwind fully into the full or new moon energy.

You will go home with your intention candle, the homemade natural essential oil salt scrub, and your dry body brush, to help you to continue your self-care ritual journey.

Due to Covid, the dry body brush is single use only and taken home by you after your treatment, included in the package price. Returning clients can save $30 on this package by bringing your initial take-home dry body brush with you to your future appointments.

A top to toe full-body experience starting with a hot foot soak and scrub with homemade natural essential oil salt scrub that you get to take home with you.

Next, you will move over to the heated massage bed, where you will relax under cosy towels and blankets whilst your body is dry body brushed and then massaged using nourishing oils and an essential oil blend.

Your self-care full-body experience is completed with a mini facial massage using natural Young Living skin care products infused with therapeutic essential oils, so that you can leave feeling fully refreshed and relaxed from head to toe.
